Veloxis is a small software studio that builds custom booking, scheduling and operations systems. By using this website or requesting a demo, contact or meeting, you agree to the terms below.

You may browse the site and submit the forms for genuine enquiries. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated or misleading enquiries, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Anything shown on this website is informational and is not a binding offer. Scope, timeline and price for a project are agreed in writing before work begins.

Each project is governed by the written agreement made with the client for that project. It covers scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms and any ongoing support. Where those terms differ from this page, the project agreement applies.

Content you provide for a project stays yours. On full payment, you own the deliverables built for you under that project agreement. The Veloxis name, logo and the content of this website remain the property of Veloxis. Work shown in Selected Builds is published with the client's agreement.

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, email delivery or payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability.

This website is provided as-is. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site is error-free. Liability for project work is set out in the relevant project agreement.

Information you submit through the forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms may be updated as the studio and its services change. The version published here is the one that applies.
